My Current Lymphoedema Management: Garments and Products
Since my LVA surgery in 2019 which connected 7 lymphatic channels to my venous system, I have been using the following products daily to help manage my lymphoedema:

Compression Garments:
  • Mediven Forte Thigh High Class III – main daily wear
  • Sigvaris Traditional Thigh High Class III – used as a replacement when Mediven Forte is unavailable or loses elasticity
  • Haddenham Healthcare Comfiwave Thigh High Class I – full nighttime wear and worn underneath wraps or pneumatic press
  • Haddenham Toe Caps Class II – worn almost daily underneath daily compression garments for extra compression during heightened swelling
  • Haddenham Veni Double Leg Tights Class II – used for stage performances when a smoother seam line is needed
  • Mediven Plus Below Knee Class II – layered on top of daily garments for extra compression during swelling spikes
  • Haddenham Thigh Wrap – additional compression during increased swelling
  • Juzo Calf Wrap – used for extra compression when swelling is heightened

Other Devices:
  • Huntleigh LymphAssist – 35-minute pneumatic drainage session daily before sleep

These products complement my other self-care routines such as elevating my legs while sleeping, staying physically active, regular lymphatic drainage massages and keeping foot/skin care at a top priority.
